The breakfast was really good, with lots of choices. the staff was friendly! they helped me with everything i needed. the location was also excellent. Southwark tube station is just a short walk away.
The room was quite small for my family. we only had room for one large suitcase. this made it hard to move around. check-in was also a bit slow. I did arrive early, but i still had to wait a while.

the pillows were quite flat for me. they offered little support. also, the bathroom had a plumbing issue. a bad smell came from there and worsened at night. i think they should look into it

the location proved convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
i found the service rather lacking, especially regarding room amenities, there were constant delays in refilling basic supplies, i had to request additional towels several times, i found the lack of attention rather frustrating, especially considering the hotel's supposed standards.

a mediocre experience.
cold watermusty smell
The pool was smaller than i expected. the water felt rather cold. the fitness area seemed outdated with a musty smell. We found it disappointing. our room had a queen-size bed with two sofa beds. We were grateful the bathroom was a good size though.
